Submit the required non-refundable research and planning fee so we can commence research on your trip. See Research Fee Agreement.

Receive a personalised trip proposal with carefully selected options based on your inquiry form within the indicated timeline (starts at 5-7 business days) for review and revision as needed.

Once you've accepted your proposal and ready to book, it's time to make payment to secure your trip with our secure client invoicing system.

Sit back & relax! Travel documents & coordination will be sent via email to help you get ready for your trip! We are here to support you every step of the way!
